I get less leg cramps when I drink cow's milk. And soy milk which does not have the health benefits of cow's milk gives me the S^&*s.

It could also be total gross calories and includes you BMR. What HRM do you have? I have a watch and it is total gross calories.

Being hungry is a good sign of a working metabolism. You may need to eat a bit more with the 30DS. Fiber is good with fluids and extra protein with the carbs all help. Try eating 3 larger meals if you are doing the small meals or vice-verses.

She does not need to go lower than 1,000. Eat more it works. When you eat too low you change the hormones in your body and your metabolism shuts down. If you say you are not hungry this proves you have no metabolism and you need to eat anyway.

You are under eating and over training. You need to learn to breathe and relax. Take a yoga class.

Turkey Italian Sausages are really good. Lean steak and pork, just have smaller portions with lots of veg. Shrimp is my low cal high protein go to food cooked in a pan with lots of veggies. Or meatless burritos beans, salsa, cheese with lots of non-fat plain Greek yogurt. Edited because I am a loser whom can't spell.

I can handle going up to 2 bad conditions (cold, wind, wet, dark) but not more than that. Sometimes just go for less time. I have also jogged in place and up and down my short hallway. Good luck and Congrats for going for it.:flowerforyou:
