Go one day, eating as you have. See how many calories you are eating. Go to your doctor, tell them you are looking to lose weight, they can help with a healthy calorie goal. I do 1/2c Pineapple Juice, 1/2c Almond Milk, and 1/2c-1c 0% fat fage yogurt. Shake it in my blender bottle & Good to go! You can substitute the pineapple juice for any juice really, just watch the sugar.

Cut it down little by little. I used to be hooked on Iced Caps. I used to Drink a Large one made with heavy cream every day!
