I would suspect the reason that the "Lost" does not reset when you don't log in for a certain amount of time is due to the fact that you still have to be accountable for the weight you lose or gain, regardless of it you tracked your calories in an app. If its that much of a problem for you, jsut create a new account.

I usually eat around 2000 calories per day, but my cheat meal day is probably about 4000 calories (usually). I just make sure I do at least some exercise, and then drink plenty of water for the rest of the day. One meal isn't the reason people become overweight, and similarly one meal won't undo all your hard work. If you…

Your sodium is pretty high, so you might be retaining water. Aside from that, your protein is LOW. Maybe try getting more calories form protein and less from carbs, especially if you are working out as hard as you say you are.

I'm a vegetarian, and I eat about 2000 calories a day, with approximately 200g carbs. If I ate 600 calories I would wither up and die in a day. I personally find a low carb vegetarian diet unsustainable, because to get enough protein you would really just be drinking shakes or taking supplements. There is a lot to be said…

All the ladies in the crossfit picture have visible abs, which would indicate a body fat % of probably less than 15% - so quite low. Gina Carano struggles to make 145lb cutting weight (around 10lb water, not specifically fat loss). Not sure who the other 2 are, but in my opinion, all those ladies pictured have pretty…

My guess would be either: 1. You aren't eating enough OR 2. You're not logging your food accurately and over-estimating the amount of calories burned in your cardio sessions.

Generally I weigh myself once a week (6am on Tuesday mornings - nothing significant about the time, that's just when I get up and before I eat breakfast), and take my measurements at the same time. If I'm cutting weight for a competition, then I'll more likely weigh myself twice weekly, and the week beforehand, every day.…

Assuming that by "bulking OP means they are lifting weights as well. 158g of protein is not really that much, especially for someone trying to gain muscle mass. My advice would be eat more! Eat oatmeal for breakfast made with milk and stir your protein in. At lunch, add some green vegies. Consider switching rice to sweet…

I used to use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard until I read that they use uncertified palm oil in some of their products. So now I use 2 different brands (because I like variety). Cyborg WPI Choc Peanut butter and PSN Pure Lean WPI Vanilla Honeycomb

70g oats with skim milk, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter and a scoop of protein powder

I count the whole amount. I'd rather overestimate than underestimate.

Ah right. Thought you were talking about "trying to minimise bounce" or something. That's not an issue I've ever had to deal with. Have you recently changed birth control?

I'm not sure what female difficulties you mean? My advice regarding rest days is "if you feel tired or worn down, take a rest day". If you feel good, work out.

BJJ girl here! Recently stopped training MMA due to a repetitive back injury.

Have you tried mixing it on water, rather than milk? IF its too creamy tasting, the milk won't help at all!

I think you mean pescatarian. Vegetarians don't eat any animals.
