Hey, thanks very much. I love avocados. Did not realize salt needed to be that high! I've probably been consuming 500-600mg per day, I make all my meals from scratch and rarely add it. Maybe now I can be justified in eating bacon, too 8)

I can't stand it when people try to say it doesn't matter if you eat sugar or vegetables, as long as you have a calorie deficit you'll still lose weight. Yeah, maybe, but if you want to make a lifestyle change and not be on a "diet" your whole life, then you need to put down the addictive processed crap and start feeding…

I'd been thinking maybe it was acid reflux (I've had probs with my gallbladder, this wasn't similar though) but I couldn't figure out why it'd be happening all of the sudden. Oh my gosh I LOVE this thread. So inspirational! Especially how much younger so many people look, wow. You guys are all awesome! My weight loss has just gotten started, but I'm happy to notice a difference in my chin after ~13lbs. (Dunno if it's visible to anyone else, haha) I am happy. :)

I personally don't think you can be successful long-term with low carb diets at all if you eat sugar substitutes, even stevia. Stop eating sweet stuff and your body will stop craving it. Once you kick it for good, in a few weeks you can SOMETIMES have an occasional sweet treat.

Mix it up, definitely. Use elliptical one day, treadmill the next time, stationary bike the next etc. Make sure you're still strict on counting calories - it's easy to slip over time and start sneaking in unlogged snacks or drinks. You're most of the way there - you can reach your goal!!!

See your doctor, but don't freak out too much. Unexplained weight loss could be a lot of things. Overactive thyroid is the first thing that comes to my mind (as someone else mentioned). Does need treated though, so don't just write that off!
