  • Tofu crumbled with a fork and put in a pan with some combination of sauteed vegetables and hot sauce on top (cholula is my fave). The tofu has a similar texture to scrambled eggs. I love it.

  • Do you eat tofu? Sounds weird, but tofu crumbled with a fork has a similar texture to scrambled eggs. I often sautee some vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach) and then mix the tofu in an wait until it warms up. Salt, pepper, and hot sauce (Cholula and Sriacha) aren't necessary, but add to the flavor.
