@3tansunnee - Hi! When I eat away from home and don't feel comfortable tracking then and there, I take a picture of my plate with my phone so that I can more accurately log when I get back home. I still have to approximate the serving sizes but, like you said, we do the best we can.

Donated the last of the larger sized clothing that was still in my closet. Unfortunately it was all of the fall/winter clothing that I had left. Lots of empty hangers in there!

I did manage to use the weights 2x last week. Tried a new full body strength workout video and I was feeling it in my butt for days. This week I'm going to aim for using the weights 3x.

@cwolfman13 - this particular "ideal" weight was from a chart based on the Devine formula. There are a bunch of different formulas. I'm not saying I agree with it. I believe it's complete hogwash because it's based solely on gender and height.

I started at 230 lbs 21 months ago and now I weigh 157. I have been stuck within 2 lbs of this weight since May. I do great with cardio and seldom miss a day but strength training, not so much. I would really like to get back into the habit of lifting weights 2-3x per week, every week. Not just sporadically like I have been for the past few months.
