  • @3tansunnee - Hi! When I eat away from home and don't feel comfortable tracking then and there, I take a picture of my plate with my phone so that I can more accurately log when I get back home. I still have to approximate the serving sizes but, like you said, we do the best we can.

  • Donated the last of the larger sized clothing that was still in my closet. Unfortunately it was all of the fall/winter clothing that I had left. Lots of empty hangers in there!
  • @cwolfman13 - this particular "ideal" weight was from a chart based on the Devine formula. There are a bunch of different formulas. I'm not saying I agree with it. I believe it's complete hogwash because it's based solely on gender and height.
