Didn't exercise today, but I ate healthy. Actually only ate 2 oz. of meat today and ate lots of veggies. Kept the fat grams low. Drank 10 glasses of water today too. So, all in all, I didn't do too poorly even though I didn't exercise.

A nap was absolutely out of the question today. I left the house at 7 am and got back home at 6 pm. If I tried to take a nap after I got home...dinner would not be served until at least 9 pm. I did hit the snooze button on the alarm this morning though...does that count!?! Hahahaha! :blushing:

OMG!!!! First you need to understand...I don't exercise...ever! BUT...I signed up for this challenge, so I thought I would give it a try.
