I definitely rest two days through the week. Your muscles need a day in between to recooperate! :)

Well, since I'm an experienced Jillian Michael follower (I did her online program back in 2006); I am only on day 4 and day one was 10/11. I only do 4 days of the actual 30 Day Shred DVD a week. :smile: It does get better. I am doing it too. You are so on the right track with a Jillian Michaels' workout plan. By doing strength training you will burn more fat and continue to burn fat longer in the day. You really should give your muscles a rest after a couple days of the 30 day Shred. What you will find out though…
