well thanks for calling me stupid i guess. i guess im to dumb to come up with my own food.

drinking the slimfast and having the meal actually keeps me under 1200 cals. i dont like eating breakfast and drinking the slimfast holds me over for about 4 hours. i drink slimfast every morning but just now started it for lunch. and in all honesty i HATE veggies..im like a 5 year old.

same here too. it would be easier if my boyfriend would support me and motivate me. all he tells me is im fine. i cant get him to go running with me or anything. so frustrating.
