OMG that is great! I just started ripped in 30 today. Did you do extra and follow her meal plan? I haven't looked at the meal plan yet...I plan on doing the video in the morning and then hitting the gym for an extra hour of cardio most days of the week.

Currently I've been trying to "eat clean." I've eliminated wheat almost entirely from my diet. I was having some problems with acne, despite being 25, and have noticed it has cleared up. I've been striving to eat 3 meals and 1-2 snacks a day. Old fashioned oatmeal is usually what I have for breakfast with some truvia. Then…

I have a gym membership and I'm in week 9 of C25K. I am just beginning to do strength training on a regular basis (average 2x a week for at least 30min). I also do a 45 min spin class every Tuesday and mix in elliptical time throughout the week.
