I completed Jamie Eason's LiveFit program and loved it. Since then, I've started Bridge to 10K and need another good lifting program. I'd like to run three days a week and then weights/more cardio the other four days?I would do Livefit again, but it takes over an hour every day with lifting six days a week. thanks
I just completed w7d1 today...I'm a day off and my friend has been training on the same schedule with me. She wants us to sign up for a 5k on March 16.
