Help! I've started paying attention to macros in this last year's journey to lose weight and be healthy. How do I determine what my macros should be? For those who have never done a FODMAP diet, please understand that it is very overwhelming; mainly because there are no cut and dry solutions. After battle IBS for 20 years with no solutions I have finally been presented the FODMAP diet. It seems to be helping, but have only followed it for one week now. I am planning to continue and find it to be getting easier. Anyone have tips for success?
