I think the measuring cup and scale might be a tad far, but I think bringing healthy hotel friendly foods so you don't run across the street and binge on junk food is a phenomenal idea! Enjoy!

I either take a picture, know what I eat at certain restaurants normally, or take note of what I ate on a napkin or in my phone's "notes" section! Also, a lot of places have their nutrition facts online so you can see how much of a serving you ate and figure it close from there.
