Im confused as well...lol... Im not sure how many calories I am suppose to have...r we suppose to eat what the BMR says? Mine said I think like 1500 but then ion my diary it says 1200.... I will keep cheking this blog so I might figure it out...lol

Im not sure.. I just put in the auto thing here on FB and it told me 1200. I need to lose 65-70lbs to be at goal and have a healthy BMI.

I hear it helps get rid of xtra water weight.....Like if I eat something high in sodium and have some swelling then drink lemon water it really does help me.

Me too. My hubby is a firefighter so his wk sch is odd. so Ive always had to go to meetings around his sch. I like this...but I am thinking maybe the meeting will help me get over my hump.

i do always eat atleast 1200 even if i dont log....i find it hard to get on the computer some days to log everything. I think I will up my cal intake and see if it helps. I will also try my best to keep the food log accurate so I can get some help. thanks.

so yeah...really DISTURBED at the fact that I have only lost .5lbs in the last 6 weeks. I cant seem to find a reason why! I am so frustrated I could eat a whole cake and not even care (but i wont). well.... Im 5'2 and mt recommended weight is between like 112 and 128 which I feel will be too skinny for my body frame. I think Im a med-large build so I think 135ish is a good weight for me. Thats awsome.... ive been back on here for 3-4 weeks and have only lost .5...im doing the same as you...ive added exercise and im watching what goes in my mouth. I keep telling myself its a lifestyle change and it doesnt matter that the scale dont show it....im getting healthier ;0)

i have had the same problem.... I just made myself get up at 5am mon morning and then yesterday I did it right after I got home... I only do 20-30 min just so I dont take time away from my family...but Im 2 days down. U can do it....its just gonna take you finding your right sch and what works for you ;0)
