I am 32 and currently weigh 225lb and am only 5'2...ugghh.... I have gained since Ive started working and seem to be having a hard time trying to lose the weight. I am pretty good about watching my sodium intakes and such but I have a really hard time of knowing how much sugar (even natural) that I should be taken in or not taken in each day???? It seems like I go over everyday and I just dont see how..lol..please help.

so yeah...really DISTURBED at the fact that I have only lost .5lbs in the last 6 weeks. I cant seem to find a reason why! I am so frustrated I could eat a whole cake and not even care (but i wont). Hey. Im wanting to Drink water with Lemon in it for the majority of my day tomorrow. I have had a ton of sugar and Junk for the last two days and Im ready to be done with it. I have read that lemon water is good just to drink "kinda like a Detox" Any other sugestions besides just staying away from it?

Addicted to bad sugars and carbs....
I think my body is truley addicted to sugar. I have tried for the past week to cut out all refined/processed sugars and carbs and I find myself overloading in minutes then I HATE myself for doing it. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me from having these attacks?...snak attacks lol.
