Trying to find my MIND set....

I have lost this weight before and I am now having a really hard time gettin back to that mind set of being healthy and staying fit! I have gained 15 lbs in the last 7 months. Before I would ALWAYS say no to sweets and things that I knew was bad for me....now I will eat it before I think and I always feel so bad afterwards. I also cant seem to get motivated to get back into exercising FAITHFULLY. I am asking for all opinions in helping get my "mind set" back on track and to stay on track.....any little thing that may of helped ya'll. I am open to all opinions. Thanks!

I too have been in the same situation. I can't seem to get myself back in the groove of exercising, I don't know what it is. I am also battling the sugar monster (sweets). i need help as well:(0
