Hi. I am 31 and have been on this weight loss journey ever since I was a teen. I am not 100% what exactly Im not getting??? I know that I should drink plenty of water...eat only 1200 cal a day...exercise... I know what to do...its just doing it and not getting discouraged. I have a problem with sweets! I need to learn how much is too much sugar/carbs for a day....if I should stay away from them all the time??? I am not sure. I need LOTS of encouragement! Any ideas please let me know.... I am gonna take my before pic in the morning and Im alittle nervous about that. Please add me as a friend if you like to Encourage and like being encouraged :flowerforyou:

are you sure you only need 1200 calories ?
if you don't have much to lose , put your settings to 1 pound a week
and eat back at least some of workout calories
and no food is off limits, just in moderation0 -
Im not sure.. I just put in the auto thing here on FB and it told me 1200. I need to lose 65-70lbs to be at goal and have a healthy BMI.0
