I am pretty good about watching my sodium intakes and such but I have a really hard time of knowing how much sugar (even natural) that I should be taken in or not taken in each day???? It seems like I go over everyday and I just dont see how..lol..please help.

If it is mainly coming from natural sources (fruits for example) I wouldn't really worry about it unless you have a medical condition that causes you to have to watch sugar intake.
If you have a lot of sugar in your diet due to a lot of processed foods or candies than it may be good to cut some out or lower the portinos of it.
Some days I barely have any sugar, some days I have a lot due to fruits.0
