My son actually wears one of these bracelets all the time he's 17 yrs old...alot of his friends wear them for Breast cancer support! I don't have a problem with it at all! He wears his to school and nothing has been said here in Keller ISD.

Thank you I usually do 5 min warm up and then do my weights upper body and alternate days with lower body, then 30-45 min of cardio. I usually do machine weight, but I think I may start using free weights.

YES, because that is where I do 99% of my grocery shopping! You just have to choose the healthier foods!

I gave up soda a few months ago....had given it up one time for 3 years then went back. But SO glad not to be drinking it now. It made me feel bloated all the time and swell. I now only drink water and unsweet tea!

I use protein shakes most every morning during the week. I started using GNC Vanilla Whey Protein powder but now use Jillian Michaels chocolate and vanilla and love it! I mix my chocolate powder with Almond Milk and my vanilla I've mixed with fruit juice or water and frozen fruit! Good luck on this journey!
