OMG! I HATE running man. I'm doing the program for the second time starting this week and today is Cardio 1. I am not rushing to get home. I can't wait for Cardio 3. It was my favorite.

I started this Monday too. I had a late work day on Tuesday, so that was my rest day. Today is Cardio. This is my second time doing the program. I had great results the first time around.

I was going to start this week, but I don't know what happened. (I have no excuse for my laziness.) I am starting(I promise) next week. I will be happy to go through it with others too. It helps to hold each other accountable and motivates me to not fall behind. Hopefully everyone has the Body Rev. by then.:glasses:

If you want to continue to lose weight, then continue to net your calorie intake at 1200. Once you get to the point where you are just maintaining your weight, then up your calories. Great job on the weight loss!

I am considering doing JMBR again stating next week. I had great results last time I did the program. Since the program I gain only 5lbs back and that is because I have been eating crap and not working out for the last few weeks. It's so easy to gain weight than lose it. I was nervous about doing workout 12 because I hear that these wheel push-ups are crazy to do. I'm proud to say I can do them with no problem. My boyfriend can't really do them. Cardio 3 is tough! I lay on the floor for about 15 minutes after the workout before I get up again. I'm on my second week of phase 3. I can't help it, but I have to constantly pause the dvd. I know Jillian will kick my *kitten* for pausing, but I just need those little pauses. Is anyone else having to pause?

I did the kickstart program and found it really helpful. I lost the most pounds that week. Then again the kickstart program has you doing cardio every day along with the strength workouts too. I read her books and knew better about how much I should be eating dailey if I want to lose weight. MFP does tell you how much you burn from normal daily activity. Mine is about 1600, so I eat about 1600 and try to burn that 400 calories to net 1200 calories. It's been working for me.

I started Phase 2 on Monday. I suck. I find myself pausing all the time. I thought I was through with running man, I was sadly mistaken. At least I finish the workout. Today is my first time doing Cardio 2. I have not previewed it yet, so I don't know what I'm getting into. I'm nervous.

I just started week 3 yesterday. Tougher than the first 2 weeks. I'm actually crying for cardio now. My first week on JMBR I lost 4.6 lbs. and my second week I gained 0.6 lbs. I should start doing the advance moves too. Yesterday, after I finished doing Workout 1, I felt I had more to give. I'm going to try a heavier weight too. I can do probably 2 military push-ups and then I drop to my knees. lol. They do make it look really easy.

Nope. I have the same issue. If you really look close, you will notice that one of the girls is not even in the dvd either. I pause, get my cable ready, then play the dvd when I feel even.
