Hi there, I had the same fears as well. On my work out days I eat 2100 calories and non work out days I eat 1600. I highly suggest raising your calorie intake as it can work against you. Initially when i started with MFP, I was only eating 1200 calories and always fatigued, I also did not lose much weight/fat. I'm 5'3"…

I would say losing 0.5% a week or 2% in a month is healthy, attainable and realistic.

I totally agree, I am watching for calories and macros. I'm currently at 26% body fat, I am trying to get down below 20% to something like 16-18 for now. I'll reassess once I hit the goal.

This must have been why I was so fatigued. My weight wouldn't change too much though. Could creating such a big deficit contributed to me not reaching my body…

Thanks all...I set it on sedentary since I do work a 9-5 desk job and I sit in a desk afterwards for school. I will eat more when I work out. Everyone who contributed, thank you so much!!

I weigh myself in the morning and at night, I see about a 3-4lbs fluctuation in weight depending on how much water I intake, if I've used the restroom and if I have eaten any heavy carbs. I say the best time to weigh is anytime as long as you weigh the same time everyday! And why am I always 5lbs heavier at the doctor's…

Thank you! My scheduled is so packed which presents a challenge. I work full time and I go to school full time. Softball season just ended for work so I have a little time on the weekends to catch up with working out. Good luck to you!
