I made South Beach Diet Egg and vegeatable cups last night. They are 9.1 calories for 1. I heat them in the microwave. Pretty tasty and filling due to the egg whites.

I get shin splints every so often. What works for me is stretching them after every half mile to mile I run. Also icing them after a run if they are really bad. Good luck!
