  • Yes, but I'd discount it a little. Diuretic effects, and such. Over-drink tea then. You can also jsut add some lemon or lime juice to tea. I'm weird in that I've always loved water, and so does my 21 month old son.
  • I'm not sure there is, or at least that is, a wrong reason. I know people who had a health scare, people who do it for animal reasons, or whatever. Oddly enough, environmental concerns and all the grabage in a lot of these animals raised in an unnatural way were intial prods in that direction for me.
