  • where do you find the levels to measure? I'd like to add sugar and sodium
  • I used to work out to Jillian, but after i hurt my back I couldn't do it anymore. Just getting back to doing anything more than physical therapy. Using Gilad on FitTV because it's only 20 min, it's still circuit training and so far my back has been able to handle it.
  • i have exercise induced asthma. If i don't use my inhaler before exercising, I'll start coughing until i can't breath. If you are coughing for that long, it could be the after effects of asthma hanging around, but only your doc could tell for sure

My starting calories for the day are 1200 so I shouldn't go below that (even that is stretching it some days because veggies don't have many calories and maybe that's my biggest problem-getting the calories up).   • Have to agree with the nuts...walnuts and almonds, but make sure they are raw unsalted. Also raw unsalted pumpkin seeds-they can be sprinkled on everything and sooo good for you.
