I've lost 43 lbs in just under 3 months eating lots of healthy carbs (macros average 40 carbs, 30 fat and 30 protein) and 1,850 calories a day and some exercise every day which makes me feel great mentally and physically. Different strokes for different folks.

Usually cedar plank but last weekend I hot smoked a side on my charcoal Weber BBQ using cherry wood chunks and it was amazing. Will be doing that regularly now. Always buy our salmon at Costco.

Hit 42 lbs lost this morning and wearing pants that I love but haven't fit into in years.

Congrats on 20,000. I haven't gotten there yet. New Fitbit Surge watch and hit 10,000 per day on the weekend but will be kicking that up over the next few months.

I eat a protein bar in the car on my way home from work every day so that I'm not starving when I walk in the door.

Great pics and I was an OT #67 back in my playing days in high school. We had a massive offensive line lol. I am now 340 lbs on my way down to 230 as my goal. Cheers.

MAN a lot of grumpy parents out there. Make **** fun, life is better. P.S. My 3 and 5 year old kids love that Elf and we didn't incorparate the whole "be good or he will tell Santa on you" bull****. Just a nice story about how he is telling Santa how great they are doing and how excited they are about Christmas. Happy…

Congrats. I was 39 when my second (and last) daughter was born. I can still say I had my kids in my 30's! I wish my wife and I had started earlier because we both would have had more but I dont want to retire with teenage daughters still living at home! :)

Hello brothers. Chris here. 42 year old Canadian. Married, two daughters and life is good other than my weight. I've battled it most of my life and have had wild swings. Healthiest ever was 13 years ago but since getting married and having the kids my weight has gone up and exercise has gone down. Hit my highest weight…
