This is why I usually log my meals before I eat them. Laptop or iPad sits on kitchen counter when cooking and as I weigh an ingredient I log it.

Burlington here, the epicentre of cool.

To the OP, I totally agree with your findings. My workout summary on my Precor elliptical wearing a heart rate monitor always comes in 25% lower in calorie burn than what MFP suggests I burned. I'll trust the heart rate monitor every time.

Great show! Loving this season so far!

Not sure where you get 9 grams of fibre. The pumpkin I buy has 2.5 g fibre per 1/4 cup.

Both of you look fantastic! Congrats!

I'm taking Brians side of this conversation and agree wholeheartedly that signfiicantly reducing carbs (particularly refined, processed ones) kills the blood sugar rollercoaster that causes hunger and overeating. Yes tonight I will have some brown basmatii rice with my grilled salmon but I am DONE eating huge plates of…

Love green tea!

Looks great and a lot like rainbow chop in crystal fold, a famous Chinese dish that I love!

Ok third time having this recipe and its still so good. Tonight was chicken, broccoli and tons of cremini mushrooms. Used the juice of half a lemon, 4 tbsp of PB2, 3 tbsp of lower sodium soy, 1 tbsp of sesame oil and 1 tbsp of sirracha. Whisked those together very well and added in the last minute of cooking. GREAT!!

I actually made this again last night and think I will start having it every week! Added some Sriracha to it for spice and it was SOOOO good. The old me would have had a HUGE pile of rice under it but I don't miss it.

Must be a lot of skinny people in Calgary... :)

Love my Precor elliptical but it was damn expensive. Used to have the Schwinn Air Dyne and its a great bike that does also work out your upper body.

My motivation and energy is best mid to late afternoon. Can't stand early mornings or after dinner. 3:00 to 4:00 is my sweet spot.

Pho has MASSIVE amounts of sodium in it. The average bowl probably exceeds your entire days allotment of sodium. I LOVE it and have it about once every couple of months but if you eat it plan on being up in weight afterwards due to sodium water retention.

Magic Bullet for protein smoothies Global knives Immersion blender Microplane (amazing for garlic, citrus zest, frozen ginger, chunks of Parmesan) Food processor (cuisinart that is 25 years old and still works amazingly well)

Add some toasted whole wheat pita chips - fantastic salad!

Agreed. "Moderation" proponents aside, crushed Oreos mixed with cream cheese, chocolate cookies and dusted sugar is not worthy of this site.

Can't Touch This by MC Hammer. Best song on my playlist to ramp it up.

6'3 started at 325 17 days ago. I'm motivated as hell, feeling better already and getting serious about this is like an immediate antidepressant because my whole attitude is better and I feel happier knowing I've flipped a switch. Congrats to all the men who have made a commitment to getting healthier! I WILL lose 100 lbs…

I love mine cooked on a soaked cedar plank on the BBQ with a topping of chopped cilantro, sun dried tomato, green onion, pepper, garlic and olive oil. The cedar burns underneath and the salmon gets a nice smoked flavour.

I'd say 2000 is good for you. My goal is also 2000 and I weigh 313, 6'3 and 42 yrs old. I am finding it hard to eat enough and haven't had one day over since starting two weeks ago. Feel free to add me and we can motivate one another.

I've had it twice. First time nasty and second time mild but I knew what it was very early and got on some meds. II just asked my Doctor 2 days ago about the vaccine and he doesn't reccommend it and says its very ineffective based on his experience with his patients.

Recipe sounds great to me, I will be trying this!

You had a 150,000 calorie burger for dinner? I want one of those!!!

Amazing and LOVE the monthly photos showing progress!!!

I assume you mean pork tenderloin? I BBQ them all the time or slice them thinly and use them is a stir fry.
