As honest as honesty can be. I log everything from condiments to spices, and even 0 calorie beverages like tea. I'm sure some of the calorie data we see on labels are somewhat off, and half the time I can only eyeball measurements, but I can only do so much I suppose. :)

Did mine today. Felt a little too easy for some reason, and I feel it more in my lower back then my thighs and glutes. Is that supposed to happen? I don't think so . . .

I was eating at 1200 calories but I recently increased that to 1500 which might be why it seems like I was under. And yes, I realize I haven't logged for the past few day. I have logged tomorrow already, and I would love feedback on that one. :)

Anyone can add me if they want. 5'4" and also at 1200 calories a day, but I want to slowly go up to maintenance calories starting next month if I do well for the rest of the month.

A couple of weeks.

1. About 2 binges after Christmas 2. I think emotional trigger and the fact there was still yummy leftover Christmas food. 3. No naughty foods enjoyed in moderation last week :( 4. Nothing helped me :( 5. Gained so much weight! Darn Christmas and your temptations!

About 15 lbs in about week. I'm a little shocked even though I shouldn't be with all the junk food I ate and the alcohol I drank. Oh well, back to square one. I started getting back on track a couple days ago but slipped. Today was a better day. :3

I heard that if you mix just a few grains of sugar in a full glass of water, your cravings should go away. Not sure if it's true so don't take my word for it. Worth a shot though. :)

You're definitely NOT alone. I'm sure these points have already been mentioned but I don't like working out with others because I don't want to have to move to someone else's pace. I don't want to slow down or move faster for someone. Also I feel like I'm constantly judged by others when I work out with other people around…

Sushi is a healthy food item, IMO as long as you watch what kind of sushi you get. Sushi with mayo and tempura probably isn't the best choice if you're trying to avoid some unnecessary fat. Just watch the calories, make sure you stay under your calorie allowance for the day, and enjoy!
