I'd like to join too.. I'd like to lose 25 by May 15th.. I'm also on 1200 calories a day, with low carb (20%) and low fat (30%).

I still drink it, i just limit it to 2 tbsp and add some 1% milk to it and a little stevia. I'm now on 1/2 caffeine and slowly trying to get to no coffee...but I have to have creamer - full fat & full sugar - I can't stand the fat free or sugar free stuff.

Mine are 3 pounds. I tried using 5 lbs the other day (cause my son was "working out" with me and was holding the 3lbs) and my armpits hurt so bad from the side lunges/lifts in Level 1. I'm definatley not ready for a full workout with 5 pounds.
