I started being mindful of my eating habits in jan. And started running in april. I was the girl that always made excuses, and just flat out lazy. Easter sunday we took family pictures, and thats all it took. I started running the next week. Since then i have lost 27 pounds all together. It can be done if you set your mind to iy. Add me and i will try my best to.keep you motivated when you need it.

    That is great... congrats to you!!!

    I will add you, because I need all the motivation I can get..especially when I "slack" on logging, that is when it goes down hill for me (and it happens too often).
