Chips, chips, chips and doughnuts. Especially doughnut holes from the local grocery store. I can polish off a box of those in 10 minutes. Ugh. So I don't even walk by those things in the grocery store. Too much temptation.

Are you trying to figure calories in one serving? If so enter the ingredients in the recipe section and enter how many servings the recipe made. I'm not really sure that this is what you're asking though. Could you state your question more clearly?

I always crave something salty at night and chips used to be my go to. Now if I want something salty I eat Special K Cracker Chips. 27 chips for 110 calories. They're great as long as you portion them out and don't eat the whole box.

If it's a bottled tea, compare the label to what MFP says. Some stuff is user entered, so it's not always accurate. If it's tea you made yourself, you can always use the recipe tool to figure out how many calories are in a serving based on how you made it.

Congrats on nursing school! However I'm worried that you've set yourself a too high bar. It's only 10 weeks till January; that's 5 lbs a week to lose. That's an awful lot to lose that fast. Try a sweet potato instead. Large baked sweet potato = 180 calories plus lots of fiber. Large white baked potato = 290 calories.

Congrats OP! McDonald's has been my Achilles heel. That is until they started listing the calories on the menu board. 1100 calories for a double quarter pounder meal! That was my go to meal once, maybe twice a week. Now when I see my husband eating it, I feel a little nauseous.
