I try to balance my workouts. If I do cardio in the morning I try to do strength or flexibility based training in the evening. I don't know about the fat and protein content, but above is what I typically eat on a daily basis with some variations. I definitely drink MORE than the recommended amount of water.

Another addition: both my jobs are desk jobs, mostly just sitting and getting faxes etc.

Added protein powder to my breakfast today! Cut the fruit down to an apple, banana, and some grapes… Work in progress, but it's definitely true that food is fuel!

Not an all liquid diet for good, but for tomorrow to ease the bloat and pain in my stomach because I honestly don't think I could eat something solid until all this binge food gets moving thru my system..
