I found the best way to do them (and buns of steel reccommends it) is to use a body ball (you know, the big inflatable ball) against a wall. The ball goes up and down with you and keeps your back inline and its abit easier cuz it offers support so you wont topple over. Good Luck

Since I started here, I havent eaten out once(i just cant bring myself to log in a 600+:noway: calorie hamburger) and everything I make is home-cooked so I make sure I put everything I eat into the database to share. I think there should be a certain section that we could post home-style recipes AND the Nutritional…

Ive posted this before so I just copy/pasted it: Try using an Acu-Hoop. Its a weighted hula hoop ranging anywhere from 2 to 6 lbs. They are guaranteed to take off 2 inches a month, If you use them for 10 minutes twice a day, three times a week. I LOVE mine. Ive been using it for a few months and have lost 4 inches already.…

I heard that working out TOO MUCH will make your body store more fat to keep up with your exercise schedule. Many people recommend only working out three days a week. Plus your body needs time to recooporate (sp). I wish I could work out as much as you but I cant find the time!

If there seems to be such a big difference in the calories and such from entry to entry make sure you are checking the sering size. For instance I searched hard boiled egg and was confused when I clicked on (whole-egg) and it said 211 calories and my package said 70 calories. I figured out that the serving size had been…

Thats a good idea, but isnt it true that if you always use the same scale it will still be acurate of how much weight your losing even if the numbers arent right?Because if its offone day its gonna always be off right? Its kinda confusing, or would you add like 6 oz or so for each twenty lbs ( just using the example above)…

I just adjusted my daily calorie allowance by +500 to account for the extra calories I need to make yummy milk. : ) This way I dont have to add it as an "exercize" everyday! Good Luck

Does anyone know how many calories I should add to my daily intake if I am breastfeeding. I heard it was 500 or so. Any suggestions? Thanks Krystal

Try the Oats and Chocolate Fiber One Bars (in the granola bars aisle) They have lots of mini semi sweet chocolate chip and only 140 calories. Theyre chewy and delicious and always curbs my chocolate craving. The Peanut Butter and Oats ones are good too!

I found a downloadable calorie counter that you can put right on your desktop. I got it at freedownloadscenter.com. Or google free calorie counter downloads to find it. It just takes two seconds.

You can also buy okra that is already breaded. You just pop it in a 400 degree oven and theres no need to fry. They come out crispy and delicious.
