  • I'm mixing in some T25 with my PiYo. I'm finding that doing the T25 first and then immediately following it up with PiYo is a great combo! The T25 revs you up, the PiYo still makes you work, but it's much more...dare I say...relaxing/enjoyable, if that makes sense?

  • Not sure about Vegan or not, but I really like the Swiss Chocolate GNC Lean Shake as a meal replacement. Tastes like the old fudgsicle pops! Definately not a chalky unpleasant taste.
  • Another dreary day in Chicagoland has once again brought me to the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru! Not too bad, just coffee and half a bagel and half cream cheese (reduced fat). Not the best choice. I need sunshine~!!!!
  • I just bought P90X...plan on starting it next week as well. I'm thinking they are both kinda the same. I looked through my P90 stuff and it seems mostly about the diet and exercise combo. The three different stages of the meals over the 90 days. We'll see!:smooched:
