Even though I wanted a drink badly yesterday after a rough day, I even looked up the calorie intake and everything..ha. I didn't have one.

I love steak the same....sigh. What I've been doing is cutting it from my diet for 2-3 weeks, then my cheat day is a big juicy steak.

I binge too! Especially when I'm drinking...and it's emotional. I've been trying to break the habit but I find myself getting discouraged when I don't see a change in my body, like now...which is why I'm back on the site for HELP.

I've been lushy for quite some time.... ' Hennessy yesterday and today Vodka - Mon and Tuesday Camus - the inbetween days... Haven't even been able to workout because of all the rain .... grrrrr I need to get a hold on this soon!

Welcome!! I'm in Miami as well. Pack snacks to eat at night, that should help ALOT. Plan your meals and that should make a big differernce.

This is exactly what I do, workout outside or head to the gym when I know I'm headed to the stylist in a few days. I'm not natural nor am I thinking of going natural but I also enjoy working out. I've also invested in "saveyoudo" .. it helps to keep my edges from getting so sweaty.

Add a little salt, and I do this as well. I mainly eat it on top of my salad, which is just about everyday for lunch. I always wonder if I'm eating too much avocado?!

I am the maid of honor for my sister's wedding in April AND its on my birthday so I am definitely in!! I don't want to be the fat one either!

I'm sick of looking at myself and feeling fat. Sick of people telling me that I've put on a few pounds. My sister is getting married in April and I'm the Maid of Honor so its no way I will be overweight for that!!

I usually crave chocolate and sweets of any kind. So most times I give in and try and walk/jog for 30 mins that day.

This is me .... also add Oreo's or anything chocolate, cheeseburger, clam chowder soup at the moment.

I use it as a tool to track food and for motivation and encouragement. Its hard tracking my exercise but easy to track my food.

My time of the month is usually not unbearable .... its the cravings for chocolate and junk food that over power everything. So I "try" and workout harder so that I can eat those things.
