Goals
I'm new here ... but need any type of motivation. So I wanted to know what are you goals ladies ... Right now I'm 170lbs (largest I've ever been) ... and I'm 5'8 My goal is 145ish and toned toned toned. I was always between 150 and 160 however with the help of alcohol and junk food, I've gone up to 170.

Anyone know of any good protein shakes that are pre-mixed already? I'm looking for a tasty protein shake that I can grab and it not taste so much like a protein shake.

Gym
Good Morning, Is it just me or does anyone else dread going to the gym? I mean, I don't mind going BUT, I have no idea on what to do, when to do, how much to do .... nothing. Yes I've met with trainers who tell me "what" I should do and then I go and do it .... and feel like I've accomplished nothing. I'm a bit frustrated…

Sprained Knee - Help!
Hi all, So about 3 weeks ago, I injured my knee. For about 2 weeks, I have been continuing to do zumba and/or "just dance" about 4x a week. Needless to say, my knee hasn't gotten any better. Have any of you all switched BC Pills and noticed side effects?? I have recently changed BC pills because my last pill has become discontinued ... sigh. Lunch Ideas
Hi all, I need some fulfilling lunch ideas. It seems that between lunch and dinner, I am so hungry. I have tried simple snacks to curb it but it doesn't work and I usually find myself pigging out on everything in sight. So I was thinking, I need to eat a more fulfililng lunch or a more fulfilling snack. Any ideas?? Thanks

TOM - Women only please
Is it just me, or you do all crave specific things during TOM? I mean ... mine is due any day now and I have been craving chocolate, cheese cake, gummy worms .... everything sweet and unhealthy.
