When I was about 40 - 50 pounds lighter I went into a "normal" store with my friend (who is tall and skinny), and I was just thumbing through the racks. Knowing that some stores don't go above a L or a size 12, I asked the store clerk what size they went up to. She said, "Not big enough to fit you." Luckily my friend heard…

I just read through this thread and I'm a little concerned about all the people who say they would be okay with it and sell it to her. I work in healthcare and we go through ethics training on a yearly basis, and it's always enforced just how much some "little" thing can escalate quickly.

I am going to have a new playlist tonight.

There are days that once I exercise I have enough calories to eat Taco Bell at 550 calories for a burrito...and that's when on 1310 calories, so...yeah. It's doable. On days where there's junk food, and I don't plan...it seems impossible, but it's not if you plan it.

If you're just moderating sugar and not caffeine I would look at GNC for some type of energy supplement. It helped me get over the not having a soda every day hump way back when.

Take your time! : )

Sent you a PM. : )

Add bigger portions of your protein, maybe? Nuts are great too, like someone already suggested. You could also look into like a protein shakes from GNC for extra filler?

I was on weight watchers with the old point system and lost 25 lbs, then stopped using it. I hate how it's 17.50 a month, that's just too much. I used online, not the meetings, at least here if I see people annoyingly succeed I can block them.

Lisamba09: I don't know if I can afford to get a real one done. : ( But I'll keep that in mind. ladimang: I did the measurements as well, the ones you can log on here at least. I just used that sight and based off my measurements and what not it says I'm at a 59.0% Body Fat % with 98.8 lb lean body mass. SideSteel: I'm…

Make yourself do it. If you do it enough times you'll get better at it ,and either like it, or just suck it up and do it. Or, find classes and try different things. Maybe you don't like the gym, but LOVE kickboxing? Maybe you on't like walking, but love zumba.

I wouldn't 'eat like a thin person' because some thin people are naturally like that and eat like crap. Instead...just eat healthy. Watch your portion sizes. Fill up on healthier parts of the meal. Also, just choose healthier options. Do you like maple syrup on your pancakes? Have steel oats instead with maple syrup…

Yeah, that's what I said about the every time. My husband just thought it'd be interesting, but I think I'd be disappointed when I didn't see it change. Thanks for that website. Based off the pictures, I think I like the 20% - 22% and the 25% ones the most. That's half my body fat %, so that shouldn't be too bad. If my…

You can find love, you just have to wait to find it. It's not impossible though. I found the man of my dreams and got married around my highest weight of 248 it's possible. Personally I'd rather find a man that loves me while I'm overweight so I know they deserve me when I lose it all and have my dream body.

I don't like tea. I've been drinking Rockstar Sugar Free energy drinks...20 calories, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 fat. It gives me caffeine for now.

Breaking the soda habit is hard! I went cold turkey before, and it was difficult. Can't wait to get to a point where I don't need it.

Congrats!

cldwyer150: True. I'm never really alone, because I work with people, and then whenever I'm home my husband is home. I suppose I could enjoy the alone time Captain_Apoll: My husband was going to start me on a workout plan, but that fell through. Don't really know. We did it one day, but nothing since then. It's a good…

hauer01: I think I'll get used to it eventually, just started working out 2 weeks ago. ril0riley: That may work. I pretty much stick with the treadmill right now, and maybe the leg exercises. karentcampbel: Exactly! That's what husbands are for, right? woodsygirl: They don't offer classes at my gym, sadly. I did try yoga…

Pictures might help like Lethal said. Try finding the same shirt that you wore in a picture, and put it on and take the picture again in the same pose. You'll be able to see exactly how much weight you lost by how big the shirt is on you, and if you're in teh same pose you cans ee where you got smaller. Also, I like charts…

Each wife has a separate manual, and the catch is you have to know how to read your wives mind before you can actually read their manual. Catch 22, I know.

Try budgeting in for a small splurge, or if you're not exercising add in exercise so you can enjoy that yummy food! You can also see if you can find recipes online for lower calories/healthier versions of delicious comfort foods. I found a Shepard's pie recipe that used ground turkey instead of ground beef, and mashed…

I have PCOS, was diagnosed at the age of 16. Was put on BC as well. Recently I went off my BC because my husband are almost ready to actively try for a baby. That being said, because of my PCOS, my weight, and other health conditions my body is no where near ready to get pregnant. I was never on meltformin, but weight loss…
