• Love it!! Of all the Les Mills classes that is my favorite. Be prepared to work your *kitten* off. Great cardio and toning. Don't expect to get it right off the bat, it will take a few classes to get into the swing of the routines.
• Lunges, crunches, calf raises, supermans, swimmers, planks...........just off the top of my head.
• For breakfast I will have an Atkins Protien shake, snack a Dannon 2x protien greek yogurt. Eggs are a good protien source. For lunches and or dinner, each weekend I will grill up a package of fresh trimmed chicken tenders and season them to taste, then freeze 3 tender's per bag. I will have them for lunch w/veggies or in a…

• LOVE IT!!!! Since starting BP, as well as Body Step, Body Combat and eating better. I have lost 10 1/2 inches, 20lbs. Lost my back fat, and very close to being back in a biniki this summer. Haven't seen one of those in over 20 years. Not to mention I will now look HOT on my Harley. I love the Body Pump Class as I find that…
•
Planet Fitness is a gym designed exclusively for people whose goal is weight loss. If you have any other goal really, it's not for you. But if weight loss is your goal, it's not THAT bad.
Not so sure your statement is true. I was on a mission to lose weight. 2 years at PF and lost only around 10 years. I…
• To me it looks like you need to add more protien and less carbs.
• Awesome results!! I hope I can see the same results. Holy Crap.........Day 1 Level 1.......just finished. Thought I was going to die. I spend a ton of time at the gym and thought this would be fairly easy. Not so much.
• Well as a mother of 3 grown boys, the wife of a long distance truck driver, going to the gym after work is becoming my life outside of home and work. 2 boys out of the house 1 boy I only see on Sundays, husband gone for weeks at a time. Prior to my starting the gym last September my life consisted of work and home.…
• Actually I am becoming to enjoy my workouts as it gets me out of the house to meet people. Also, as for weight coming off quickly, I would love that to happen but it's not coming off quickly but more slow and steady. I have decided to cut out the Step classes as those seem to be the ones that bother my calf the most.
• Trust me I am exhausted after 1 class but push myself to make it through the 2nd class.
• Please excuse my ingorance, but can some please tell me what TDEE is? Ok so I just calculated my TDEE on the website posted above. It gave me a figure of 2167, but what does that mean in terms of my trying to lose weight??
• Boil, mash, butter, salt & pepper.................that is the BEST as far as I am concerned. I've had it roasted, wasn't impressed. Had it with maple syrup...yuck.
• Awesome job!!!!!

• I try not to eat back my exercise calories and it's working for me.
• Get your protien up!! Eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, lean meats & fish. Watch the carbs, stay away from breads, pasta, rices. More fresh fruits & veggies. This is what my nutritionist has got me doing and it's working for me.
• If I can do it, you can. I was the Queen of Pasta, Rice & Potatos. Was never big on the salads as I do not like tomotos, peppers, onions, mushrooms............oh dear I could go on and on. However, I have found a couple of salad receipes made with Strawberries and another one with oranges. I will add chicken to gain the…

Freeport, Kennebunk, Wells, York, Kittery are all very nice. The are close to everything, Beaches and the White Mountains. I am not to fond of the Sanford area.…
• Go for it.........I've been doing both Body Pump and Body Combat and love them. Down 6lbs since I started taking the active carido classes at the gym. Also there is not much demand for coordination like step or zumba
