PLANKS & HOVERS
When ever I do any type of Plank or Hover, I have pain in my shoulders. I was wondering if there anything I can do to lessen the pain. I don't seem to have to much pain if I just hold a plank stationary. Side planks with oblique twists or any plank that has movement to it seems to be my nemisis. Any thoughts??
