I still fondly remember the day while running when I ran past an outdoor fitness class who was warming up. The instructor stopped counting reps to say, "holy crap girl, you're in good shape!" That not only kept me going all that week, but still keeps me going to this day.

I don't have pictures, but my posture has never been great, and I work at a job that has me more hunched over than a standard computer desk job. I agree with this. But when you've got depression, depending on what kind, there is almost no way to exercise your way out of it, as you literally can barely get off the couch. I'm 5'5", at 130lbs and hoping to hit 122. At that point I'll hopefully have a body fat % of 21, currently at 26%. I also think I'll fit back into all my size 2 pants hanging in the closet and my wedding dress. I may go as low as 118, but beyond that wouldn't work on my frame.

I would make sure you are relatively fit before starting or trying it. I was not, and while I loved and stil love the idea of it, my experience was pretty painful.
