I kind of agree here.. If you don't have it now and then you will crave it. Just eat it within your calories, also I am a pizza lover. I will plan pizza days . So I add all my other food on my journal, then I know if I should eat 1 or more pcs. Also I like 1 pic and a salad. Maybe that's for you to?

I did weight watchers too. I loved the group thing, I think it is really helpful, hated the point and loosing .5 lb and then gaining 2 the next week. AND this is free! You could try posting what you "Plan on eating" for a day in advance. That helps, and you can always change it if you need to. And yes the worst thing to do is stress over it after its done, it's done, the next day will be better. Tracking is great, because you can go back on good days and repeat them, or parts of them, so…

I think drinking all that water is so over rated! I drink when I am thirsty. I don't stress over it. I drink quite a bit, not always water, unless it has lemon or something it it. I also like sparkling water with lemon, I don't worry about how much Water I drink. I am more concerned about not eating a lb of sugar a day!
