WW...counting points? Really???

I have dropped out of the WeightWatchers program for good....heard lots and lots of good things about MFP. The word on the street is MFP is a collection of fitness-minded peeps with great ideas, motivation and support. So, I think I need some of that to get me in the right direction. My workouts...no problem, I can workout with the best of them but I fall when it comes to eating healthy.

So, MFPers - I reach out to you for a helping hand...I need your support. can you help a guy out?

    I did weight watchers too. I loved the group thing, I think it is really helpful, hated the point and loosing .5 lb and then gaining 2 the next week. AND this is free!
    I think the biggest thing here is to track your food, then you can go back and repeat good meals and ditch the bad ones. And also, get some friends! Lol. It really helps a lot. (My opinion) . Also check out posts, you can pick up some ideas and hints that can help you. Hope this helps. :)
