  • As much as I used to say that the stuff at stores like GNC is a waste of time, CLA seems to help get over a plateau.   • Thank you, I am hoping to compete in the Arnold Classic grappling/Jiu Jitsu matches in Columbus Ohio this March so I will have to stick with it.
