L2D6 done! It actually seemed MUCH easier today, so that was nice. I'm more than halfway done now! :)

I would be!

I skipped 30DS yesterday because my Zumba class was a killer. I feel a bit guilty, but I am going to be back at it today!

Meee too! All the plank moves KILL me, and I am definitely sweating a lot more than level one. Must mean it's working!

I'm am following a similar routine. I eat about 200 at breakfast, 300 at lunch, a decent dinner, and room for snacks in the evening. If I don't do that, I have a VERY difficult time staying within my calories. I don't see anything wrong with it!

We talked on the phone at least once a day, texted throughout the day, and occasionally skyped. This was much easier in my case after he got out of bootcamp. Phone calls were a treat compared to the 3 months of letters only! In any long distance relationship, communication is key. I know that was the most difficult thing…

I met my current husband in high school. I moved about three hours away for college, and was there for 4 years. Near the end of my time time at college, he decided to join the Marines. For the next year and a half, we were 1500 miles apart. Luckily I am with him now, because it can be quite difficult (but definitely…

Personally I weigh once a week, on Friday mornings. I know some people like to weigh everyday, but I don't like to see all the fluctuations. I also like Fridays because if I splurge a little over the weekend I have plenty of time to burn it off at the gym. :)

L2D2 finished. It was REALLY hard to make myself do it today, because I went to an aerobathon this morning. I didn't want to miss out on Jillian's toning though!

Thanks for the laugh.

Hello all. I am Cassondra. I am 23 and currently living with my husband who is stationed in Yuma, AZ. I started with a goal to lose about 25 pounds, and I have lost 13 so far. I'm hoping to get that last 12 off in the next couple of months! :)
-
I started L2D1 today, and I found it considerably more difficult. All those plank moved KILLED me. Hopefully it gets easier just like level 1 did :)
-
9.87% lost since January 14th. :-) I had not checked that before, so it is pretty motivating!

Is it feasible for you to take a nap after you get off and then work out later in the day?

Nice work! I am 5'7 and started out around 150. I'm currently 139 and looking to get around 125, so your success story is really motivational. :)

Your life jacket is very slimming! :)

L1D9 finished! I am starting to get nervous about starting level 2 on Friday... Anyone else?!
-
I am right there with you. I started out a little above 150, I am at 139 right now, and I would LOVE to be 125 by summer. I am also 5'7 and I am doing short workouts daily. Any and all motivation is helpful!

I'm 60+ days strong so far on MFP. I hope to keep it up! :)

I am 60+ days strong :)

I have been logging on everyday for the past two months, and I am 23 also :)

L1D7 COMPLETE!!! Great job everybody! :)
-
It seems completely possible to me. 16 pounds in two weeks for a bigger person often happens, especially at the very beginning of weight loss. I have lost 8 pounds in the first two weeks of exercising/watching what I eat, and I started a little above 150. Good luck with your weight loss! :)
-
L1D6 done! I upped my weight from 3lbs to 5lbs on everything except for the arm raises. It was an added challenge for sure. We will see how sore I am tomorrow as a result!
-
L1D5 complete. Today was the first day that it didn't hurt to get out of bed. I call that progress! :)

I finished day 4 today. I printed off a calendar and circled each of the 30 days I needed to do this. I did each of the 10 days for the 3 different levels in a different color, and I have been X-ing off when I do a workout. It makes me feel more accomplished and motivated to keep going.
