For a long time I made having to buy new clothes an excuse not to lose weight. Now that I have lost almost 50 lbs and I try on the smaller size it makes me feel so much better that I can fit into small sizes. Plus, when I look in the mirror I really start to love myself in that small size.

When you starting intermittent and alternate day fasting most people have said that it has to become a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. You do lose a lot of weight, but you can not stop the fasting and working out after you see the results.

frozen meals are a good thing to have on the go because they have proper portion sizes and are balanced. However, like someone else commented, dont depend on them for 3 meals a day. high sodium intake keeps fluid in the body and thus makes it harder to lose weight.

Slim Fast does not stop hunger! It just gives you the nutrition of the food you would be eating if not for the slimfast, but very hard to stick to on the long term. I lost 3 pounds this week as well! And, I have kept the weight off today. I plan on eating my suggested calories today too. No reason to lose sight because of Christmas. Afterall, xmas is not about eating but giving thanks and celebrating God!
