Dear Fat Suit...

You have had control of me for far too long. You have made me feel horrible and thn craved those sweet snacks. The soda tasted good till the after taste hit and the bloated feeling set in....NEVER again will you win out! It's time to kick your *kitten* (well I guess that would be mine) out of my life! I don't need you anymore. All you so is bring me down (usually to the couch with some chips or cookies). So this time all bets are off!
Today I kicked your *kitten*. I did on Thursday as well, but you will think that was a cake walk compared to what I am going to do to you this next week and all the days neccessary to get you out of my life! You were never my friend. Who cares if we cried over cookies, or cake, or some other morsel. That doesn't matter. Sure you were there for me through hard time, but you didn't need to stay on my hips, thighs and butt! Those are mine! Time to move on! Pacl your bags because there is no room for you here anymore!

Ah...that felt good....now where do I mail this?

I am taking a stand against the fat that is threatening to take over my life! Monday is a new day. I start monday becasue I may have pulled something givving it my all today LOL! Will ice it and tear it up again! Here's to the pounds melting away and my new super hero self shining through!

    lol. I like that one! Like you, I have decided that my time is now! Good Luck on your exercise goals and remember that we are in control of our bodies, not the opposite way around. I made excuse after excuse as to why I couldn't lose the weight. I didn't want to have to buy new clothes, or I didn't have time. All the while I was putting on five to ten pounds a year. Well, like you said...times up!

    Good job on writing a letter and taking a stand.

    Start today. Maybe not with exercise because of your injury but one day at a time you will get there. And just for today, try to make bettter food choices. (Don't go have the ice cream today because you're vowing never to have any come Monday, that kind of thing).

    Girl, YOu sound like you have the drive to get rid of that fat suit once and for all.

    I am here if you need a little pick me up. I to recommited myself on Monday to get rid of my fat suit. I hav worked out 4 days this week so far! I am so pyched. Now if I could get my water intake in and really be accountable for what I eat, then my fat suit and your fat suit can leave us alone!
