Road Tax is the name that people in the UK incorrectly give when referring to the Road Fund Licence. It is, however, semantics. It is a road tax, for cars, whatever it is called.

lol at LateNiteLucy! As for the BBC, I'm not a huge fan. But they do provide international coverage or world issues pretty well. It is all funded for by the British tax payer so I certainly other people like it, or it is a huge waste of money. It does try to compete with comemrcial tv stations for audiance sizes here in…

Best not to exercise on the :2 days, me thinks!

A contract is one way of describing a marriage. Another way is describing it is as a commitment to each other, before and with God. And that cannot ever be terminated by a contract. So it depends on what you view it to be.

That would fall foul of Disability Discrimination legislation in the UK.

I am probably going against the grain here, but I will offer my opinion, nontheless! You are dieting at the moment, and you feel full on under/just under 1,000 calories. That isn't a biggie whilst you're still losing weight. If you feel ok, then don't stress about it. Everybody is not the same. Some are active, some are…

Rest days are good! You don't have to be sedenary on a rest day, though. You can go for a short-ish walk, or something like that. Rest days are good if you have been doing high impact exercise. Gives the hips/knees/shins etc some time to recuperate. If you train full on, 7 days per week, then injury will not be far over…

Time to find a new gym.

You are less than half the person you were! One thing about you hasn't changed, though. The glasses!!!! hehe

I'm not going to talk about the science. All I can say is that I lose a LOT more weight when I do higher/high intensity exercise.
-
They both look nice. Just don't get worried if guys in the gym stare at you when you wear the pink ones!
-
Biggest difference seems to be around the middle. A huge difference! Very well done! I know it's hard, but it is "only" 21 days/2 months and see the change already!

I don't wear anything in bed. I saw a survey that suggested that puts me in the minority. But if you exclude people who houseshare and people with older/grown up kids, then I would guess most fellas sleep in the nude?

Well in that case, the World Health Organization is racist. http://www.who.int/nutrition/publications/bmi_asia_strategies.pdf

All I would add to this is that sitting on your bum burns about 50 calories an hour, so they are only buring an additional 50 cals and hour, on this basis. So that's 200 calories above the usual calorie burn per day, at most. And this is one of the good reasons why you can't eat back all of your exercise calories!

I do have sufficient experience of this, so i can advise. You tell them that you have changed your mind, and you are not leaving. then, you give actual notice to leave when you have a date to start. You request that the new company doesn't seek a reference until you give a green light for that. That's it!

Here's a useful suggestion for losing weight, without diet or exercise. It depends on your current lifestyle, however. Become more active generally. I don't mean exercise as such. I mean, standing up at your desk, instead of sitting for prolonged periods, burns an extra 50 calories per hour. If you have a "desk" job, for…

Yes, you don't have to drink just water, to get your liquid requirements. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-24464774 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sn/tvradio/programmes/shouldiworryabout/water.shtml

A calorie is the amount of energy required to raise one gram of water by one degree Celsius. So, each of the different types of calorie mentioned by the OP has the potential to raise one gram of water by one degree Celsius. The question that follows is, does the body process one calorie of each type of food in the same…

I was enjoying Hard Knocks. The Bengals training camp "fly on wall" documentary. Has that finished now, what with the team being selected? It was a good show!

I like to watch (American) Football and Rugby League. I'm beginning to find Soccer quite boring to watch. I like to run to keep fit. I'm not stupid enough to actually play American Football or Rugby League haha!
-
No, absolutely no way I would do that.

Liam Neeson. Because someone once said that my profile photo looks a bit like him. And I like the sound of that! :)

Don't get me wrong, i don't make them. But I have read the small print on the instructions that come with these machines/scales. You can see them is you google for them, and download a pdf of the instructions. The information about their accuracy is quite damning!
-
I've read the small print on one of these. They are very inaccurate. Apparently, if you don't have enough water in you, they say your fat % is too high. If you have "too much" water in you, they say your fat % is too low. Seems the only thing that they can actually monitor is you hydration level, which is useless.

I had hoped that some of my connections might have been on here, so I could have supported them! but seen as I haven't spotted any, I'll go for _krys10_ and Beepermad - 2 ladies, couldn't decide. Lots of hotties to choose from, though :)
