  • I think you would really enjoy ChaLean Extreme. It is weight lifting 3 times a week and then cardio 2 times a week and it is a great way to start off with weight lifting:)

  • I love Turbofire and Turbo Jam and otehr great workouts from beachbody. I have done a lot of them and they are good workouts for in home. Also Brazil Buttlift is great and there is no jumping in that one. The others dont really have a lot of jumping in them and you can modify them so you don't hav eto jump:) Good luck on…

  • I did a high intensity Turbofire workout for 30 minutes and then ran 3.15 miles and still going to do another turbofire sculpt for 30 mins!
