Tomorrow will be day 30 for me! Trust me it does get easier! Not easy, but easier :) Just stick with it! I was one of those people who thought it was impossible at the beginning and now I'm almost done!

I just started 30 DS and my HRM is giving me around 350. It has a chest strap so I always assumed it was pretty accurate?

I'm totally with you! There have been too many times that I've felt great then got on the scale to be completely disappointed. I think it should be more about how you feel!

I guess it is as simple as that. I had just read some things that referenced that sometimes those "diet" things or substitutes can be more harmful. Always good to hear peoples firsthand experience!

I just tried Zumba for the first time last night and absolutely loved it. I consider myself a fairly shy person and was worried about dancing in a room full of people but it was SO much fun. I'm going back tonight for more and joining the studio where I did so I can keep at it!

I just went to my first Zumba class tonight. LOVED it! I'll be trying Zumba Toning tomorrow :)

I'm in! 5'8" and 165 lbs now, hoping to eventually get down to 140 (I know this can't happen by Christmas but a jumpstart can't hurt!) I started off eating 1,200 cals/day but have a feeling that my overall lack of weight loss may be a sign that this isn't enough for my body. I've bumped it up to 1,400-1,500 a day as well…
