I am tracking - it says to eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight which is difficult but I am exercising too.

Hi - I was logging in but had that cold that was going around. I am back - and gained a pound. It is a struggle. I am also now working on my cholesterol as I found out it is higher than it should be. That will motivate me. -

It does help to check in a couple of times a day. I found that one day I didn't do a shake and I was eating way above - more like I used to. While diets don't sound like the answer - until I get a handle on my eating habits I think I'll stick to shakes for now. I am so inspired by everyone and how supportive this group is.

Wow - I admire all the work you are doing. It's impressive and I appreciate the advice. I agree - seems like consensus is exercise, eat healthy and count calories - no diet.
